At approximately 6:45 p.m., the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) responded to a fatal accident on U.S. Highway 31 near Martin Lime Road, roughly four miles southwest of Tanner in Limestone County. Theodore, who was riding his 2006 Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa motorcycle, lost control and struck a ditch. The impact threw him from the bike, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
